Getting the right message across with pioneering Floyp.com

Do you ever wish you could leave a voice message for someone? We often resent being forced to talk to a machine, but surely there must be times that leaving a message might be a choice you do not get. Calling may mean chatting when all you wish to do is convey a message. Offer such a system is great customer service as it tailors your approach yet further to suit the differing preferred styles of customers.

Well, today you have the chance to send Morgan PR a voice message with a free service we are experimenting with thanks to Floyp.com. Simply by clicking on the Floyp telephone icon below you will be whisked to a web page by those innovative souls at Floyp and will be guided through how to leave us a voice message. It is also possible to attach other files through the system to accompany the message. Ready to try it? Just click and follow the instructions. You can choose how to save the sound file and then send it:

Floyphone - Voicemail to Email

Want to know more? Well, rest assured Floyp.com is a company that is heading places and is a name that while you may well be hearing it here first, we are sure it is one you will come across again. It is currently being franchised across the UK and is growing in size and popularity.

Founded by Ian Kennedy-Compston, a fellow member of Newbury Business Group, Floyp is one of the UK’s leading web based Audio/Visual companies and is based here in Newbury. It offers a broad product range including audio, video, multimedia emails, computer animation and multimedia documents.

Ultimately Floyp’s products keep visitors on your website for longer, and more importantly, directs visitors to key parts of a site, for sales promotions, or other areas that need emphasis. Certainly the benefits of adding high quality video and audio to websites are well known.

Part of the service is providing audio services such as audio emails and embedding audio in documents and it was while discussing Floypads, which allows you to record your own high quality two minute audio adverts to use within your marketing, that Morgan PR queried the possibility of using the same technology to create a voice message service. Mere hours later and the platform had been created and you are getting the opportunity to pioneer and be the first to test it!

So what do you think? Would the opportunity to leave a message for Morgan PR, or another client or service be something you would welcome? Why not try out the service below and leave your message, which will be promptly emailed to Morgan PR. We will report back on your thoughts.

By all means leave the traditional written comments on the blog, but we are really keen to actually hear your thoughts. It will be fascinating to hear how some of our friends here in the blogging world, on Twitter and elsewhere on the web actually sound!

Just sent you a Floyp message Nigel, hope it goes through - it didn't give me a confirmation of sending etc, so let me know if not!

Certainly looks a very interesting tool though...

;o)

Thanks Richard,

I should have guessed the dulcit tones of a professional voiceover artist would be among the first to come through on our Floyp and you gave it a great review too!

It is interesting the range of uses that are springing to mind for such a simple tool. Like so many of the best ideas, it is a straightforward application that allows others to interpret it!
