The growth of Morgan PR led to Diane Morgan joining the company at the start of 2008; she contributes a wealth of experience to her role and as a skilled performance manager she ensures that that the public relations we offer always deliver measurable results.
Also a veteran of Thames Valley Police, where she was a performance manager, Diane developed skills at looking behind figures and developing action plans from that analysis.
Promotion lead to a business consultant’s position within the police service, working on the Best Value analysis of different departments and the submitting action plans to the Police Authority.
Being able to quickly grasp the key issues that would enhance overall performance was crucial to her success in this role and today helps us ensure that our services dovetail with the aims of our clients.
The same skills have allowed us to develop powerful customer service and mystery shopping tools for our clients to ensure that after public relations delivers, their experience is everything you would hope.
