Over time repeated visits can reveal information that builds into a powerful management tool, identifying good practice, training requirements and where changes could benefit sales.

 

Many of our clients also ask us to provide scenarios where we test staff on a particular point – often after training or when a standard visit identifies an issue. Returning products, making complaints, inappropriate behaviour – all manner of scenarios can be provided.
